基于多目标的小流域污染控制方案及效果--以苏州胥江小流域为例
Multi-objective based pollution control plan for small basins and effect assessment:A case study of Xujiang small basin in Suzhou City

Abstract
According to the designed hydrological conditions , boundary water quality, and response relationship between the water quality of the control section and the generalized drain outlet upstream , a model used for calculating the discharge limit of pollutants of the Xujiang small basin was established based on a large -grid model of the Taihu Basin.The discharge limits of pollutants based on multiple control sections with different water quality goals were calculated.On the basis of the pollution status and the discharge limits of pollutants of the basin , an integrated pollution control plan including the measures for controlling the total discharge of the pollutants and treating the rivers that are micro-polluted has been proposed .The effect of this plan in improving the water quality was assessed.The results show (a) that the total discharge amount of COD was 153% more than the discharge limit, and the discharge amounts of NH 3-N and TP were, respectively, 73% and 236% more than the discharge limit, and (b) that the water quality of all control sections met the requirements after the plan was carried out .关键词
