稀释液中甘油浓度对吉林梅花鹿精液冷冻保存效果的影响OACSTPCD
Effects of Different Glycerol Levels on Semen Cryopreservation of Sika Deer
为研究吉林梅花鹿精液冷冻保存最适甘油浓度，选取4％、6％、8％3个甘油浓度稀释精液。结果表明，6％甘油组更适于梅花鹿精液冷冻保存，其精子冻后活率、直线运动百分比、质膜完整率、顶体完整率、曲线运动速度均优于其他组。
Three levels(4% ,6% ,8% ) were chosen to explore the suitable concentration of glycerol and thawing procedure .The results indicat-ed that 6% glycerol performed the best .The post-thaw sperm motility ,progressive sperm percentage ,plasma membrane integrity ,acrosome in-tegrity and VCL were superior to other treatments .
