摘要
Abstract
Three levels(4% ,6% ,8% ) were chosen to explore the suitable concentration of glycerol and thawing procedure .The results indicat-ed that 6% glycerol performed the best .The post-thaw sperm motility ,progressive sperm percentage ,plasma membrane integrity ,acrosome in-tegrity and VCL were superior to other treatments .关键词
