黄花草木樨总皂苷提取工艺优化研究
Optimization of the Extraction Technique for the Total Saponins of Melilotus officinalis
摘要
Abstract
To optimize the extraction process for total saponins from Melilotus officinalis by orthogonal test .The total saponins from Melilotus of-ficinalis was taken as standard and used by ultrasound-assisted extraction .The orthogonal test was used to investigate the extraction effect on total saponins of four factors(temperature of abstraction ;concentration of alcohol ;time of abstraction ;ratio of material and solvent) in three lev-els ,to determine the best conditions for the extraction process .The optimal extracting condition was as follow :70% alcohol acted as solvent ,the ratio of material and solvent was 1∶25 ,ultrasonic extraction time was 45 min and extraction temperature was 70℃ .The optimal extraction pro-cess was simple ,stable ,and highly efficient .关键词
