摘要

Abstract

  To optimize the extraction process for total saponins from Melilotus officinalis by orthogonal test .The total saponins from Melilotus of-ficinalis was taken as standard and used by ultrasound-assisted extraction .The orthogonal test was used to investigate the extraction effect on total saponins of four factors(temperature of abstraction ;concentration of alcohol ;time of abstraction ;ratio of material and solvent) in three lev-els ,to determine the best conditions for the extraction process .The optimal extracting condition was as follow :70% alcohol acted as solvent ,the ratio of material and solvent was 1∶25 ,ultrasonic extraction time was 45 min and extraction temperature was 70℃ .The optimal extraction pro-cess was simple ,stable ,and highly efficient .
