摘要
Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different feeding models on production performance ,nutrient digestibility and blood parameters in female sika deer .Fifteen female sika deer at the age of 12-month-old were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 repli-cates per group .Deer in Group A ,Group B and Group C were fed by the patterns of roughage before concentrate ,concentrate before roughage and total mixed ration(TMR)diet ,respectively .The result showed that final body weight of deer in Group C was significantly higher than that of Group A( P<0.05) .Besides ,average daily gain of deer in Group C was improved significantly compared with Group A and B ( P<0.05) .The digestibility of dry matter ,crude protein ,neutral detergent fiber ,Ca and P in Group C were greater than those in groups A and B ( P<0.05 ) . The content of GLU and SUN in groups B and C was decreased compared to Group A .The results indicated that average daily gain ,ruminal fer-mentation ,nutrient digestibility of deer could be improved by feeding pattern of TMR .关键词
