Abstract
GC-MS was used to analyze the volatile oil components in Yushangling capsule in order to provide a theoretical basis for further re-search and quality control .The volatile oil components were extracted and isolated with steam distillation method according to ChP (2010) .The components were quantitatively determined with area normalization method and identified by GC -MS .Sixty-one compounds were detected .A-mong them ,only forty -five compounds were identified ,which accounted for 95.22% of total volatile composition .The main compounds were DL-Isoborneol (41.15% )and Borneol (38.70% ) ,respectively .The major volatile constituents of Yushangling capsule are DL -Isoborneol , Borneol etc .关键词
