哺乳时间与母麝繁殖性能的关系
The Effect of Lactation Period on Reproductive Performance of Female Forest Musk Deer
摘要
Abstract
To explore the suitable lactation period and provide scientific reference for increasing the reproductive performance of female forest musk deer ,we exemined the bodyweight variation ,litter size ,birth weight ,production rate and twinning rate before and after weaning of female forest musk deer from 5 groups ,including 50d ,60d ,70d ,80d and 90d of lactation period.The litter size and twinning rate of female forest musk deer with 50 and 60d of lactation period were significantly ( P<0.05 )higher than these with 90d of lactation period (Control group ) ,and the overall reproductiverate was higher than that of control group by 66.7% ;while the reproductiven rate of female forest musk deer with 70d and 80d of lactation period was slightly higher than that of control group ,but there was no significant difference ( P>0.05 );there was no significant difference among all group in the birth weight of offsprig ( P>0.05 ).Thus it can increase the reproductive performance of female forest musk deer by shortening the lactation period appropriately.关键词
