刺五加总皂苷微波辅助提取工艺的优化及其抑菌活性研究

Abstract
To study the inhibitory effect of total saponin extract on a variety of bacteria and the inhibition concentration.Microwave assisted ex-traction method was used to extract total saponins from the root of the total saponins and the antibacterial activity of the total saponins was stud-ied.Results:the average content of total saponins from the microwave assisted ethanol extraction was 59.206mg/g ,and the total saponins from the extract of the total saponins of the extracts were inhibited by different degrees.When the concentration of 10mg/mL was 25.3mm ,the in-hibitory effect was the strongest ,and the inhibitory effect was 8.1mm and the antibacterial activity was poor.关键词
