UPLC-PDA法动态测定白花延龄草中二种化学成分

Abstract
The content of polyphyllin Ⅵ and pennogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl -(-PDA ,which were seperated from the rhizome and stem leaf of white flowered trillium got in different harvest time.Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (1.7μm ,2.1mm × 100mm ) was used ,PDA was detector ,the mobile phase was composed of Acetonitrile(A)-Water(B) ,the flow rate was 0.4mL/min ,and the detection wave-length was 203nm.The content of polyphyllin Ⅵ in white flowered trillium rhizomem and stem leave got in three period were 1.06% ,1.19% , 1.35% and 0.019% ,0.010% ,0.002% respectively ,and the content of pennogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl -(1→4 )-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl -(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside were 0.91% ,0.97% ,1.12% and 0.064% ,0.049% ,0.012% respectively.关键词
