不同寄主槲寄生总生物碱含量比较
Comparing Different Host Changbai Mountain Mistletoe Total Alkali Content

Abstract
Compare different sources YongJi County of Jilin province host the total alkaloid content of mistletoe.Using ultraviolet spectropho-tometry parasitic on poplar from elm poplar crabapple mistletoe ,poplar from mistletoe ,elm crabapple mistletoe ,elm ,the content of total alkaloid from mistletoe samples ,at the same time orthogonal experimental method to explore different extraction conditions on the mistletoe effects of total alkaloid content.The results showed that the total alkaloid content of samples with different host mistletoe with an average of 1.378mg/g ,among them ,the parasitic poplar ,red mistletoe has the highest content of total alkaloid ;Orthogonal test results of selecting extracting conditions for 70% ethanol ,30min ,normal temperature extraction ,ultrasonic extraction and liquid ratio 1:20.The total alkaloid content of different host mistletoe has certain differences ,extraction condition and reliable ,high extraction efficiency.关键词
