Research Progress on Cryopreservation of Mammalian Oocytes
摘要
Abstract
Cryopreservation of mammalian oocytes is an indespensable manipulation in the conservation of germplasm resources ,embryo engi-neering and human assisted reproduction.Osmolarity of cryopreservative medium leads to rapid changes in the volume of oocytes ,causes mi-crostructural damage or even death.Volume regulation of oocytes has become a research hotspot in recent years.The article summarized the methods ,the vectors ,the cryoprotectants of freezing and the roles of volume regulation of oocytes during its cryopreservation.关键词
