重载道岔轨底坡设置研究
Research on Rail Cant of Heavy Load Turnout
摘要
Abstract
Rail cant affects rail life directly as an important design parameter of turnout and rail cant is studied systematically to meet research need of heavy turnout of 30 t axle load. Dynamic responses of 25t axle load freight car passing turnouts with different rail cants are analyzed with vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory in perspective of fine corner crack, fall-block, fat edge and other defects. The research results show that lateral wheel-rail force, contact stress, safety indicators and wear power for outside guiding curve rail decrease with the increase of rail cant. The long-term observation indicates that the test turnout with 1 : 20 rail cant has its light band in the middle of upper surface of the guiding curve rail without damage.关键词
