摘要

Abstract

Rail cant affects rail life directly as an important design parameter of turnout and rail cant is studied systematically to meet research need of heavy turnout of 30 t axle load. Dynamic responses of 25t axle load freight car passing turnouts with different rail cants are analyzed with vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory in perspective of fine corner crack, fall-block, fat edge and other defects. The research results show that lateral wheel-rail force, contact stress, safety indicators and wear power for outside guiding curve rail decrease with the increase of rail cant. The long-term observation indicates that the test turnout with 1 : 20 rail cant has its light band in the middle of upper surface of the guiding curve rail without damage.
