严寒地区高速铁路大跨度桥梁梁端扣件间距超限问题比较普遍,通过梁端无砟轨道结构的受力和变形分析,确定梁端扣件间距的最大限值,提出桥梁预延长、道床悬出梁端及减少轨道板端部扣件间距的设计措施,并通过哈大客运专线的典型工点,介绍梁端无砟轨道设计。结果表明,该设计措施简单实用,可解决大跨度桥梁梁端大扣件间距达1000 mm的问题。

The space between fastenings at beam end often exceeds limit on long span bridge of high-speed railway in severe cold region. Through stress and deformation analysis of beam-end ballastless track structure, the paper determines the maximum limit of space between fastenings at beam end, presents design measures including lengthening beam in advance, overhanging track slab out of beam end and reducing the space between fastenings at track slab end.
