Abstract
Although the concrete joint ball is under complex stress during parallel rotation, simplified stress calculation method is actually employed. Due to the situation mentioned above, present researches aim to improve the stress calculation method of the bridge in rotation. Based on the theory of elastic mechanics to solve the contact stress in the boundary of two spheres, the present research calculates the stress of the joint ball under complex stress taking account of the joint ball under traction and friction simultaneously. The intensity condition of such bridge under normal stress is deduced according to the yield strength theory, and an analysis model of ball joint established by ANSYS is used to simulate the actual situation of the joint ball, combined with the calculation method of joint ball in stationary. The accuracy of the calculation method based on strength theory is compared and analyzed. The results show that the calculation based on strength theory is accurate with only 7. 5% deviation and intensifies the study on stress calculation method of such bridges during rotation.关键词
