Abstract
To reduce the tendency of MEA degradation and equipment corrosion in CO2 recovery from flue gas, a compound amine solution was developed by adding active amine, anti-oxidant and inhibiter into the MEA. The results of the comparison tests of CO2 recovery showed that the CO2 absorption performance of the compound amine solvent was better than that of MEA solvent below 60℃, and under the same amine concentrations, the CO2 desorption rate of the compound amine was higher than that of MEA. The results of the bench-scale test indicated that the absorption capacity of the compound amine was 20.0% higher than that of MEA, and the regeneration energy consumption reduced by 21.5%. For the compound amine, the average amine loss was 0.11g/m3 CO2, and the average corrosion rate to carbon steel (A3) was as low as 0.01645 mm per year.关键词
