摘要

Abstract

  The common methods for natural gas dehydration were compared and summarized from different aspects including separation principle, scale, dehydration degree, device size and adaptation to sea environment. Based on the database and sea conditions of an offshore gas field in the South China Sea, the dehydration process for a large FLNG plant was optimized, and the two-tower dehydration system with molecular sieve 4A as adsorbent and compressed boil-off gas (BOG) as regeneration gas was selected for it due to its low dew point, small footprint and good adaptability to sea environment.
