纳版河流域土地利用方式对土壤总有机碳以及活性有机碳的影响
Effects of land use type on soil total organic carbon and soil labile organic carbon in Naban River watershed

Abstract
Soil carbon cycling under different land uses has been recently receiving considerable attentions. The changes in soil labile carbon can be used as an indicator for soil organic carbon dynamics. This study was carried out to investigate the changes in concentrations of Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Soil Microbial Biomass Carbon (SMBC), Dissolved Organic Carbon (DOC), Readily Oxidized Carbon (ROC) and Particulate Organic Carbon (POC) and that of the percentage of them to TOC after converting natural forest land to upland crop production with maize monoculture, paddy field and rubber plantation of different cultivating ages in Naban river watershed. Compared with natural forest land, our results demonstrated that the concentrations of TOC, SMBC, DOC, ROC and POC decreased (P<0.05) by 35.04%, 42.86%, 42.33%, 34.39%and 45.91%respectively under maize monoculture, the concentrations of TOC, SMBC, DOC, ROC and POC decreased (P < 0.05) by 38.46%, 57.90%, 58.56%, 27.14% and 39.94%respectively under paddy field. One, five, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years after forest land converted to rubber plantation, the concentrations of TOC lowered (P<0.05) by 29.05%, 24.78%, 20.08%, 20.08%, 23.07%and 34.18%and the SMBC lowered (P<0.05) by 53.44%, 43.17%, 66.68%, 23.84%, 30.96%and 27.25%respectively. The DOC lowered (P<0.05) by 47.24%, 27.91%, 71.35%and 21.77%under one, five, ten and fifteen years’ rubber plantation respectively and the ROC lowered (P<0.05) by 14.35%and 22.81%under one and five years’ rubber plantation respectively and concentrations of POC reduced significantly by 29.39%, 38.54%, 22.48%, 22.42%and 23.71%under one, five, fifteen, twenty and twenty-five years’ rubber plantation respectively. The results also indicated that, as compared with that of natural forest, the proportions of SMBC reduced significantly by 31.36%, 34.16%, 24.20% and 58.18%under paddy field and one, five and ten years’ rubber plantation respectively, the proportions of DOC reduced (P<0.05) by 11.55%, 32.92%, 25.91%and 64.28%under maize monoculture, paddy field, and one and five years’ rubber plantation respectively and the proportions of POC reduced (P<0.05) by 16.74%and 18.29%under maize monoculture and five years of rubber plantation respectively. Correlation analysis indicated TOC and POC were (P < 0.05) positive correlated. There were (P < 0.01) positive correlations between SMBC and DOC and between ROC and POC. The SMBC and DOC concentrations were (P<0.01) negatively related to pH. The TOC, ROC and POC concentrations were (P<0.01) negatively related to soil temperature at 5 cm depth. Land use changes from natural forest to upland farmland and rubber plantation may reduce soil C storage and the C sequestration function.关键词
