长期镉胁迫对玉米CT38生长和生理特性的影响
Long-term effects of cadmium stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of maize CT38

Abstract
The pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of added cadmium (Cd) on growth and physiological characteristics of Zea Mays L. CT38. By adding different concentration in the soil cadmium, set 1, 5, 15, 50, 100 mg∙kg-1 5 Cd concentration, to study the effect of different concentration of cadmium long-term treatment on the growth and development of maize CT38. The results showed that height, fresh weight of cadmium concentration 1, 5, 15, 50, 100 mg∙kg-1 90 d processing plant height when compared against the fallen 7.7%, 10.3%, 18.2%, 56.1%, 59.8%, fresh weight, respectively dropped against 9.2%, 31.7%, 53.3%, 66.9%, 77.9%. High concentrations of cadmium (100 mg∙kg-1) free stress on maize leaf membrane permeability. Protine content increased significantly. Contents of MDA in leaves increased with elevated cadmium concentration, high concentration of cadmium concentration, cadmium stress leading to membrane lipid peroxidation occurs, higher concentration, membrane lipid peroxidation stronger, when a range of cadmium concentrations exceed the tolerance of maize corn itself injured. Change trend with higher cadmium concentrations of soluble protein was a unimodal curve, low concentrations of cadmium stress stimulate the rise in its content, increase blade features, high concentrations of cadmium stress reducing its content, accelerated leaf senescence.关键词
