Abstract
“Wenzhoumodel”hascreatednumerousmiraclesintheeconomicdevelopmentinrecentyears.Butunder therestrictionofmultiplefactorssuchasthefinancingproblem,the“Gotide”phenomenonhappenedforthebosses oftheSMEsin Wenzhouin2011.Thispaperanalyzedtheinternalandexternalreasonswhichhinderedthedevelop-mentoftheSMEsin Wenzhouandtheriskfactorsofnon-governmentalfinancing,andexploredthereasonsthat causedthecrisisfortheSMEsin Wenzhou.Then,thesolutionswereprovidedinthispaper.关键词
