Abstract
Withthefurtherdevelopmentoffarmers’professionalcooperatives,theshortagesoffundsbecomethe majorbottleneckinitsdevelopment.Inordertosolveeffectivelythisproblem,thispaperanalyzestheoperating mechanismofmutualfundsoffarmers’professionalcooperativesfromthreeaspectssuchasoperationalstructure, operationalproceduresandoperationalresultsofinternalmutualfundsofFarmers’professionalcooperative,onthis basistherunningpathofmutualfundsofFarmers’professionalcooperativewasbuilt.Meanwhile,theappropriate countermeasurestoimprovetheoperatingmechanismofmutualfundsoffarmers’professionalcooperativeswereput forward.关键词
