摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the nutritional value of Dendranthema morifolium and other 11 kinds of dried flowers, the principal component analysis method was used to calculate the correlation matrix, load factor matrix, each principal component score and the comprehensive scores of trace elements in the flowers by using soft-ware SPSS13.0 based on the existing experimental data. Results showed that the first main principal compo-nents are Cr, Cu and Mg; the second main components are As, Zn and Fe; the third main components are Cd, Ca and Mg , and the forth main components are Pb, AS, Cr. According to the comprehensive scores, peach blossom, chrysanthemum indicum and Huangshan Gongju have highest nutritional value, which pro-vided scientific evidence for choosing more nutritious drinking dry flower.
