一种高分子絮凝剂对细粒胶磷矿浮选的影响
Effect of high-polymer flocculant on flotation of fine-grained collophane

Abstract
Most of the phosphate rock resources are ca1cium-si1iceous refractory deposition minera1s in China, in which the phosphate minera1 and impurity minera1 are c1ose1y associated and the co11ophane exists in co1-1oida1 amorphous aggregation. They need to be mi11ed very fine to minera1 1iberation. The big surface area and high surface energy of the obtained fine partic1es wou1d 1ead to the great consumption and poor se1ectivity of the reagent, and affect the qua1ity of phosphate concentrate serious1y. In this study, the direct and the re-verse f1otation of Jinning high-si1ica ge1 phosphate rock (Yunnan) with the addition of a kind of nonionic po1ymer f1occu1ant F-08 were carried out. Resu1ts show that phosphate concentrate grade of P2O5% increases from 23.99% to 24.54% and the recovery rate increases from 80.80%to 85.30%in direct f1otation after addi-tion of 30 g/t of F-08 at sodium carbonate of 4 kg/t, water g1ass of 3 kg/t and sodium o1eate of 1.125 kg/t. In reverse f1otation, phosphate concentrate grade of P2O5% increases from 21.50% to 22.95% and the recovery rate increases from 65.32% to 70.48% after addition of 40 g/t of F-08 at sodium hexametaphosphate of 2 kg/t and twe1ve amine of 1 kg/t. Zeta potentia1, sedimentation experiment and 1aser partic1e size ana1ysis i11us-trate that the addition of F-08 can promote co11ector adsorption, speed up subsidence and increase the aver-age partic1e size of the si1icate minera1s.关键词
