纳米纤维素与蒙脱土对聚乳酸性能的影响
Effect of cellulose nanocrystals and montmorillonite on properties of polylactic acid composites

Abstract
After modifying ce11u1ose nanocrysta1s(CNC) and montmori11onite(MMT) organica11y, a series fi1ms, inc1uding pure po1y1actic acid(PLA), CNC or organic montmori11onite(OMMT) modified PLA, and CNC/OMMT mixed-modified PLA were prepared. The chemica1 structures of PLA and PLA composites were char-acterized by FT-IR. The effect of CNC and OMMT on the mechanica1 properties of PLA was studied by ten-si1e test. The results reveal that the additions of CNC and OMMT improve the elongation at break and tensile strength of PLA,respectively, and CNC/OMMT mixed-modified PLA shows better properties than sing1e addi-tive-moditied PLA. The resu1t of thermogravimetric ana1ysis shows that the thermostabi1ity of PLA is enhanced by adding OMMT, while is reduced by mixing CNC. The surface morpho1ogy of the fi1ms was observed by scanning e1ectron microscope. The images show that CNC and OMMT disperse in PLA evenly, and OMMT presents sea is1and structure in CNC/OMMT mixed-modified PLA fi1m.关键词
