摘要

Abstract

A quick video tracking system is designed based on System Generator and FPGA technology in the paper,which is successfully applied to practical project. The hardware flat for image capture and processing and the System Generator model of normalized correlation matching algorithm is constructed. The algorithm is verified in Simulink and the model is translated to VHDL language which is wrote and debugged in FPGA. Compared with object tracking algorithm in traditional environment,on the one hand the separation of algorithm and hardware is realized and the development speed is increased,on the other hand the speed and precision of object tracking is greatly in-creased. The practical results show that the system can identify object quickly and track the object in real time.
