基于LabVIEW的实时心电信号采集系统的设计
Design of Real-time ECG Acquisition System Based on LabVIEW
摘要
Abstract
In order to acquire real-time ECG data and reduce costs,design a system of ECG data acquisition based on LabVIEW. The sys-tem is composed of hardware and software. Hardware is made up of signal acquisition and processing circuit and MSP430 microcontroller for AD conversion. The software mainly contains configuring LabVIEW communication module to realize serial communication with MSP430 and uses robust signal processing capabilities of LabVIEW and wavelet transformation to remove noise,multi-resolution decom-posing,and then reconstruct noiseless QRS,detect peak of R wave and finally calculate the heart rate. It also uses LabVIEW friendly user interface for real-time displaying received data to make the data more intuitive and read more easily. The designed system runs stably and achieves good result in the experiment.关键词
