Abstract
With the vigorous development of higher vocational education, the current situation that the current college cadres archives management mode is not suitable for the time-effectiveness of competitive employment of college cadres has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, it requires a breakthrough or even a thorough reform. The paper discusses cadre archives management mode under ISO9000 standard in vocational colleges.关键词
