Abstract
The electronic tags are used a lot in RFID system. For the different uses of the electronic tag, the material composition and packaging process are different. The electronic tag is generally divided into the hard tag and flexible tag. Combined with introducing the reel to reel electronic tag production line designed for the flexible electronic tag packaging technology, proves that, the flip chip and laminating die-cutting of the reel to reel electronic tag production line have the advantage of high efficiency and stability.关键词
