物联网专业大学生就业的机遇、挑战和对策
Opportunities, challenges and countermeasures of the students in IOT professional
摘要
Abstract
The IOT is a new established university major, and the graduates from IOT will have some advantages, such as the national policy support, the IOT production value and the demand for talents increased doubly. But it also faces with some challenge, such as the teachers and talents training mode, the hardware construction of IOT, the strengthening of the student subject consciousness and the increasing of the enterprise talents requirement. The development direction of IOT major, the objective of personnel cultivation, the training mode of the university-enterprise cooperation, the different resource integration and how to perfect the guidance services of student employment are analyzed, in order to ensure the healthy development of the IOT graduates employment.关键词
