摘要

Abstract

The oil chuck based on ADAMS is modeling, and the framework parameters are optimized. First, the 3D assembly model of drill chuck is created in Pro/E, and then the motion mechanism is veriifed by ADAMS. Through testing and ifeld debugging the chunk, some problems appears, such as the motion response time of moving part is too long and the impact is large during the chunk open and close process. In order to solve the problems, three key components of the chunk is chosen to conduct a parametric simulation analysis. A reasonable design values is obtained ifnally, and the target of optimization is reached.
