Discussing on Construction of Public Service System of Urban PE Industry
摘要
Abstract
The paper, based on the definition of the PE industry and public service system, briefs the classification of PE in⁃dustry and the economic role of PE industry in China. The unban imbalanced industrial PE development, the lack of sustainable and favorable policy, the shortage of the regulations and laws, the inefficiency of the industrial structure and the small marketing portion are the main factors for the whole urban PE development. Hence, the integrated PE industrial service system must be built, namely, to promote the rapid construction of PE industrial service system based on five requirements and the developed city as the center, to stress on the high-level PE equipment, to accelerate the construction of PE public service platform, to depend on the PE talents and to establish the better public image of PE service system.关键词
