Abstract
Because of the pressure of employment, the present normal education is focused on teaching and learning technics to meet the various need of the work force market.Ideas and methods cultivating are on the edge of the field.Therefore, the society needs the individuals to have creative ability after they finished the fundamental education.This presents the main challenge to the teachers just involved in the technics when they received normal education in school.关键词
