地方高师英语教师技能培养模式转型研究
The Transformation of Strategies in Vocational Skills Cultivation of English Majors
摘要
Abstract
The transformation of local universities shifting from scholar cultivation to vocational education proposes a challenge. The key issue for them is to cultivate the future English teachers to meet the demands of educational development.This paper has carried out a survey on the professional skills of the graduates in order to test the limitations of the current cultivation strategies.Lo-cal normal universities should take the current situation into account.The cultivation of students' vocational ability should focus on the improvement of their language skill and teaching skill, which is to be realized through the establishment of testing system, the betterment of on subjects and more social practice of students.关键词
