Abstract
T. S. Eliot, the most outstanding representative of the modern poetry, combines abstract, variation and fantastic beauty in his masterpiece“The Waste Land”, in the form of distortion and exaggeration to express the emotional variation of the sub⁃jects in the virtual world. Due to the time and space staggered and the variation of history and modern times in motion, the subjects in it are all shown in loneliness and gloom, and the objects are in abstract and variation to express the unique sense of beauty of vi⁃tality in the poem.关键词
