Abstract
At Medieval times, the Arab empires have made brilliant achievements in many fields, such as science, literature and art, especially represented by the Arab-Islamic science and technology. It makes the Arabs step into the cognition of the world science. The development pattern of the Arab-Islamic science and technology is very unique, and Islam to the guidance of the sci⁃ence attaches great importance to the application and development of practical technology, good at absorb valuable scientific culture, and attaches importance to the experimental research methods of the application but the lack of systematic science theory system re⁃search, which play the important roles in science and technology and become the obvious difference from China and Europe.关键词
