渭南农业产业结构调整存在的问题及对策分析
Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Industrial Structure Adjustment in Weinan City
摘要
Abstract
As the basic industry of the national economy, the agriculture, in fact, is one of the main sources of the high carbon emission. Presently, low-carbon economy has been the necessary and inevitable option, so the optimization of the agricultural struc⁃ture is the central link for the development of low-carbon economy. As for Weinan agricultural industry structure, strictly-speaking, there exist some problems, such as the low quality of the agriculture subjectivity, the low level of the agricultural technology, the imperfection of the market mechanism with some concerned rules for the agricultural products as well as the weakness of agricultural facility. This paper, on the basis of the perspective of low-carbon economy, from the aspects of cultivation new type agricultural sub⁃jectivity, optimization of the agricultural market economy, the development of the low-carbon agricultural technology, and perfection of some rules and laws concerned, puts forward some specific countermeasures for the adjustment of the agricultural industry struc⁃ture so as to boost the optimization of the agricultural industry structure.关键词
