摘要
Abstract
Remote sensing technologies are widely used in everyday-life and industry. Massive remote sensing data brings great challenges for transmission,processing and storage. Image compression and encoding is an important method to solve this problem. An encoding method based on wavelet transform is proposed in this paper,which provides improved compression performance and efficiency using prior knowledge of images.Experiments show the performance is improved doubly over traditional algorithm.关键词
