摘要

Abstract

High frequency class C power amplifier output network consisted of LC matching and filter circuit, it is one of the difficulties in design. The difficulty lies in the output of the power amplifier have to achieve both impedance matching and filter the harmonic, the two together, making the design complex. In this paper, MATLAB is used to draw the transfer function curve of the AC equivalent circuit, and we determined the circuit scheme and component parameters refer to amplitude curve at fundamental and harmonic wave. In the end, we provided a design example and simulation in Multisim for verification. The simulation results show that this design method is of high efficiency, simple and easy.
