摘要
Abstract
Compared with the sidelobe level of the full array, the sidelobe level of thinned concentric ring array has been reduced. However, the sidelobe level of thinned concentric ring array is still high. The problem of high sidelobe can be solved through the tapered beam forming techniques in which thinned concentric ring array feeding currents are tapered in amplitudes. The modified windows such as Triangular, Hanning and Blackman can be applied to the array. Results demonstrate that a sidelobe reduction is showed in three cases. The maximum sidelobe level of the array using Blackman is the lowest , and that of the array using Triangular is the highest.关键词
