The nondestructive testing system design for mooring cable jacket of balloon-board radar
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve artificial visual detection problem for surface damage of the mooring cable jacket of balloon-board radar, a platform composed by industry digital cameras, lens, light source is desigend in this paper. By using VisionPro vision tool library and C# language hybrid programming, test software is developed to complete the measurement of image acquisition and display, image processing, classification recognition, etc. Test results show that the system have fast detection and defect detection rate, can meet the demand of practical application.关键词
