Study on Countermeasures for Construction of Smarter Cities on the Silk Road Economic Belt
摘要
Abstract
The Silk Road Economic Belt strategy is an important measure for the western development of China and its opening to the outside world.The strategy must be implemented by means of the new information technology revolution. That is to promote industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization with information,and to integrate the goods flow,people flow,capital flow with information flow to speed up the construction of the Silk Road Smarter Belt. Considering the economic basis in western region of China,and its industry foundation and restriction of natural condi-tions,countermeasures should be put forwards to establish smarter town groups in the Silk Road Economic Belt,and thus to promote the western development of China by means of information construction.关键词
