摘要
Abstract
Volkswagen recalls were firstly introduced,ant then it was pointed that there was some prob-lems in the aspect of the defective auto recall. Next,through the analysis of defective auto product recall sys-tems in the United States,Japan,Britain,some suggestions were put forward according to the problems existing in our defective auto recall system,which included establishing "Defective Product Recall Law",improving the supporting laws and regulations so as to clarify the division of labor for main authorities,strengthening coopera-tion between various departments,and the communication and consultation between administrations and enter-prises,establishing a clear unified defective vehicle identification standards,and building up an independent third party identification bodies. The purpose of the above proposals was to perfect our defective auto recallsys-tem and make our defective auto recall more normalized and standardized.关键词
