Abstract
The present situation of primary school teachers’ professional development in ethnic areas has its particularity.From the In-ternet +era of primary school teachers’ development of the effective way to study the professional development of primary school teachers in ethnic areas includes: through teaching practice, guiding students to participate in the discipline competition , and following up the develop-ment of teaching and learning, the teaching of teachers, teaching reform and innovation, “leading” and teaching research.关键词
