柠檬酸辅助合成NaLa(MoO4)2:Eu3+及其发光性能
Citric acid-assisted synthesis of NaLa(MoO4)2:Eu3+phosphors and luminescence properties

Abstract
Eu3+‐doped NaLa (MoO4 )2 red phosphors were prepared via a citric acid‐assisted hydrothermal process and the samples were annealed at 600 ℃ for two hours .The asprepared products were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) ,field emission‐scanning electron mi‐croscopy (FE‐SEM ) and photoluminescence (PL ) ,respectively .The results demonstrated that the obtained NaLa(MoO4 )2 :Eu3+ phosphors are pure tetragonal phase of which the e‐mission intensity enhanced with the increasing of Eu3+ doping concentration .Moreover ,the charge transfer band shift to the red with broadening of its peak ,and the optimum Eu3+ do‐ping concentration for obtaining maximum emission intensity was confirmed to be 50% .In addition ,the phosphor can be effectively excited by 280 nm ,395 nm and 465 nm .All com‐pounds exhibit strong luminescence emissions of 5 D0 → 7 F2 transition at 617 nm .Chromaticity coordinates of NaLa(MoO4 )2 :Eu3+ are stable and fit well with the standard red color coordi‐nate .The results indicate that NaLa(MoO4 )2 :Eu3+ is a wide used red‐emitting phosphors with good stability .关键词
