摘要

Abstract

In the paper, with case of Tianjin, the assessment indexes are selected from three aspects of social system, economic system and resource efficiency system.The objective and subjective comprehensive weight method combined with analysis hierarchy process and entropy method is applied to assessthe weight of the assessment indexes and build the assessment system of the arrangement schemes of water re-sources.The hierarchical fuzzy integral model is utilizedto generally assess and order the eight arrangement schemes ofwater resources in the study zone.Thestudy showsthat it is objective, rational and accurate to assess the arrangement schemes of water resources by application of the fuzzy integral model.The study result provides the arrangement of local water resources with reference.
