立足用户满意度的公共自行车信息服务系统及调度配送方法OACSTPCD
Public bicycle information service system based on user satisfaction and scheduling & distribution methods
针对杭州公共自行车系统(PBS)存在的“还车时无空车位”、“租车时又无车可借”，配送能力严重不足和运营亏损的难题，提出立足公共自行车系统现有资源，基于完备的信息服务、早/晚高峰硬/软时间窗的粗粒度调度求解 PBS 难题的解决方案。信息服务涉及在自行车租赁点和公交站台的信息终端、手机终端上展示周边的租赁点位置和租还车实时信息；调度配送从剖析自行车出行和租/还车规律切入，在此基础上结合公共自行车完备的信息服务，制定低成本的高效调度配送方法。
There are such problems as "no empty parking spaces while returning" and "no bicycle while renting a bicycle"in Hangzhou public bicycle system,and serious shortage of distribution capacity and operating loss of the problem.
