Design and implementation of embedded fieldbus communication gateway
摘要
Abstract
A design and implementation method of an embedded fieldbus communication gateway is proposed in response to the incompatibility between heterogeneous buses. The STM32F207 is used as the main processor. CANBUS and MODBUS are in⁃terconnected by protocol conversion. The design idea of its hardware and software is given. The innovation of this gateway is the definition of the CANBUS application layer protocol. Theerfore,the converged communication network built by the embedded fieldbus communication gateway designed in this paper can fully preserve the original functions of CANBUS and MODBUS. Prac⁃tice proved that the fieldbus communication gateway can implement the data transfer between the two buses well. It provides a practical method for communication between heterogeneous fieldbuses.关键词
