一种心电图T波提取算法
Electrocardiographic T wave extraction algorithm
摘要
Abstract
The transformation of ECG T wave reflects various of heart diseases. Therefore,the accurate detection of T wave has certain medical value. A T wave extraction algorithm based on wavelet packet transform is proposed in this paper,which provided an important basis for the application of the electrocardiogram T wave in medical detection and portable medical sys⁃tems. Beginning with electrocardiogram frequency domain,the paper introduced the multi⁃layer wavelet packets transformation to extract the basic frequency band waveform of T wave. Secondly,the start point and the end point of T wave in time domain are determined according to the basic frequency band waveform characteristics,and then the T wave could be extracted accurately in the ECG.关键词
