摘要

Abstract

In light of some problems existing in the current strain sensor teaching,such as outdate equipments,inflexible laboratory facilities and formalistic experiment separated from the actual engineering application,the circuit simulation software Multisim was adopted in the experimental teaching,the strain gauge measurement circuit was designed and the relational expres⁃sion of the output voltage and the measured weight was obtained by simulating the goods weight with voltage⁃controlled resistor. The function of a simple virtual electronic scale was realized in the LabVIEW software platform without application of data acqui⁃sition card. In teaching practice,the virtual electronic scale designed with Multisim and LabVIEW can save the hardware re⁃source,help students to understand the theoretical knowledge further,and improve the quality of course experimental teaching obviously.
