摘要

Abstract

  A 0.8~2.5 GHz broadband dual⁃polarized quadruple⁃ridge conical horn antenna is designed in this paper. The quadruple⁃ridge design of the antenna is regarded as two symmetrical double⁃ridge conical horns. Based on the known electromag⁃netic simulation software HFSS,which covers parameter and structure optimization,VSWR,isolation,gain,and directional dia⁃gram of the designed horn antenna can be worked out. The results show that the optimized antenna is of low⁃VSWR,high isola⁃tion and improved directional diagram. It is valuable for engineering design as a reference.
