摘要

Abstract

  A design scheme of intelligent bus interface based on the embeded ECAN module with DSP is proposed in this paper. In this scheme,the chip ADM3053 released by ADI recently is taken as ECAN interface drive. The chip,in which CAN transceiver,the signal isolation function and DC/DC power supply isolation function were integrated,achieved the purposes of interface miniaturization,low power consumption and low cost. The inner hardware structure of ECAN module and bus interface circuit diagram are given out. In software design,internal memory of ECAN module and mailbox structure are discussed. The software initialization,massge transmission and message receiving process are offered. The solution for message overload of CAN bus is also given out. The testing results show this intelligent bus interface module has good performance and can satisfy the in⁃dustry requirement.
