摘要

Abstract

  In the food processing industry,the waterproof boots must be cleaned in time to prevent the harmful bacteria,or the food contamination can be easily caused. In this paper,an automatic cleaning system for waterproof boots is designed,in which ARM Cortex⁃M3 single⁃chip microcomputer is taken as core device,and the radio frequency identification(RFID)tech⁃nology and the wireless serial WiFi communication technology are adopted. By this system,the waterproof boots can be cleaned automatically and the status can be managed synthetically. Experimental results indicate that its performance is stable and re⁃liable,the manpower can be drastically saved,and the management efficiency and quality can be improved.
